Can 7% Hydrogen peroxide be used as a mold killer.?

I am starting a mold dethronement project in an old home and was told that 7% Hydrogen peroxide is one of the best products to use. Does anyone conscious if this is true.

There are products out there that curb Tri sodium Phosphate. (TSP) . It is made to clean mold and mildew from braze surfaces prior to painting or sealing. Usually comes in a 1 to 3 maul box as a granulation. Mix with water and apply as directed.
