Is Boric Acid and H2O2 really an odorless solution to killing mold?

I've been reading on the internet about this being odorless resolution but after i sprayed my crawlspace out with it, the room above it smells like urine or something. its been a few days since i sprayed it and i dont make up its going away.
Hydrogen peroxide, H2O2, does not have an odor. As a clear it kills germs.
Boric acid does not have an odor. I can not back up that either kill mold.
Perhaps there was something in the cupboard that the mixture activated?
