How often should I use hydrogen peroxide to rinse my mouth?

My dentist and other strength professionals I've talked to tell me hydrogen peroxide is too harsh for the mouth and teeth and should only be in use accustomed to after oral surgery or if the mouth is infected. They told me to clog up using hydrogen peroxide.

Your dentist is berate. Hydrogen peroxide is too harsh. You might feel like your mouth is getting clear, but you are killing the GOOD and bad bacteria in your mouth.
