I was wondering if there were other choice fuels out there that requires minimal modifications to the car's engine front of biodiesel or hydrogen peroxide?

Someone else asked about hydrogen peroxide on this site and I looked up H2O2 already.

Propane is the most likley canidate at currently 2.85 a gal or so. A conversion can set someone back about $3,000 with some states offering rebates (Texas gives $2,500 back).

Scientists have developed a new feather of tiny motor — which they term a "microrocket" — that can start itself through acidic environments, such as the human stomach, without any external energy start, opening the way to a variety of medical and industrial applications. Their report in the Logbook of the American Chemical Society describes the microrockets traveling at accepted warp speed for such devices. A human moving at the same speed would have to run at a interval of 400 miles per hour.

Joseph Wang and colleagues expound that self-propelled nano- or microscale motors could have applications in targeted psychedelic delivery or imaging in humans or as a way to monitor industrial applications, such as semiconductor processing. However, some versions of these ashamed-scale motors are not self-propelled and require the addition of a fuel (commonly hydrogen peroxide). Other versions cannot stick extreme environments such as the stomach, which is very acidic. That's why the researchers developed a new, tubular microrocket that can move itself without added fuels in very acidic conditions.

As a stated time, the hydrogen peroxide has been used to power a car in China, jet packs, rockets and race cars. Hydrogen peroxide has also been acclimated to the United States to power the X-15 rocket empirical dish, an increase of the German V-2 satellites quickly and some of United States. NASA has also been the driving test hydrogen peroxide to be worn for more environmentally conscious departures.
