why does hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) remission gas and foam when it is mixed with liver.
it is some thing to do with enzymes in the liver and something about a substrate.
what is the substrate in this employment and what is the enzyme.

The enzyme in the liver catalyses the decomposition of the peroxide giving bubbles of oxygen

2H2O2 ---> 2H2O + O2

Catalase is the enzyme convoluted and the activity changes when different amounts of the enzyme or the hydrogen peroxide.
