How do you dye your hair using hydrogen peroxide?

Hey, I heard hydrogen peroxide was considerable for dying your hair blond so I tried spreading 3% hydrogen peroxide on my hair and sit tight a couple minutes and nothing happened.

Don't. That's all I can say.
Whoever told you that is was "profit" for bleaching your hair should just not even speak. Ever. Again.
If you want to end up with hair looking like hay then by all means, bounce jilt that peroxide on.
