Which is a better, stronger anti-septic mouth rinse, hydrogen peroxide or cetylpyridinium chloride?

Cetylpyridinium chloride is in a lot of mouth rinses but is it as high as hydrogen peroxide? Is cetylpyridinium chloride corrosive to the tooth enamel like hydrogen peroxide?

Not unfailing which of these is tronger, but actually a way better mouth wash than just about any commercial one is one you can procure yourself really easily.
