Which is a better teeth whitener, hydrogen peroxide or crest white strips?

Im missing to whiten my teeth for my wedding and I hear that Hydrogen peroxide works. but is it better than the then whitening strips? and do I have to cut the hydrogen peroxide before using it?

i haven't tried hydrogen peroxide before, so for info on that i recommend reading this:

i think that you'd be better off buying the crest strips.

They act as separate and very distinct ingred.s that could have an undesirable conduct with nostalgia use. I would like to introduce the reading about the improvement of wizards you be told. I NEVER use my HP fern b.c it can be very toxic to the gums if it isn't properly rinsed, and secondary effects on internal organs if ingested .. but baking soda, which knew once a week to produce results mammoth cheap....
