Which is a better teeth whitener, hydrogen peroxide or crest white strips?

Im impaired to whiten my teeth for my wedding and I hear that Hydrogen peroxide works. but is it improve than the then whitening strips? and do I have to dilute the hydrogen peroxide before using it?

i haven't tried hydrogen peroxide before, so for info on that i make one think reading this:

i think that you'd be better off buying the crest strips.
