is it OK to use the hydrogen peroxide you buy in the drugstore and to swish it around your mouth to whiten teeth?
I function in asia and they don't really sell at home teeth whiteners here.

All tooth whiteners in the US are hydrogen peroxide that have been thickened with other squash. If you can get "glyoxide" it's a gum agent that helps get the gums healthier. Straightened out H2O2 on the gums can be harsh.
