is bleaching your hair with peroxide better then hair bleach?

i paucity blonde hair, but i really don't want my hair to fall out, break, or dry out and get unreservedly ruined beyond repair. i've heard of bleaching hair with hydrogen peroxide and i was wondering if that quite worked and if it was safer than normal hair bleach from a box?

Get the bull in a box. It's far more reliable and will be gentler on your hair. Peroxide is cheap but very harsh.
