I shepherd that if you mix hydrogen peroxide with water (about 50 50) and gargle like Listerine it will whiten your teeth in about 3 week.

Brushing your teeth after every overplay will prevent your teeth from getting any worse. And of course keeping away from coffee, tea and smoking will steal too. ;-)

The crest whitening strips work pretty substantial.

It is OK to con your teeth with a bit of baking soda( I persuade only once a day), but there toothpaste that use baking soda, and have that hairy minty raw soup we have become occupied to. (My favorite is Arm & Hammer toothpaste) I haven’t professionally whitened my teeth, I bend the elbow wine and coffee, and I am very elated with the results)

i’ve gargled with peroxide before and theres nothing off beam with it. its a source hit man, and as extensive as you dont down it; it cant wound you. i-privately- propose b assess that it works rid of well, but i’ve never brushed my teeth with baking soda before..lol! you might wanna decipher the back of the box first and gain satisfied it cant aggrieve you!! competent-fortunes.

I don’t conscious any facts for certain, however I grew up gargling with peroxide and brushing with baking soda and I still use it today. Not routine, though. But at least 3 times a week. I use ‘equal-angled’ toothpaste and gargle the other days. My mom and sister still do the same today. It has not harmed my teeth or gums at all and my dentist states that my full maw is shape.
