Hello guys, i hand-me-down to be fine dying my hair but after having several tattoos i am now sensitive to hair dye (in that my flair swells up if i put it on). Is it possible to bleach hair without using dye, just bleach/peroxide?? for that Lady gaga/sarah harding look?

I wouldn't put doing that. I would go to a salon and see if they have any alternatives.
