peroxide hair??

open now my hair is this color...

will peroxiding it cook up d be reconciled it lighter or just turn it orange? and how exactly should I do it?

Peroxide won't do anything.
It's not as talented/concentrated as it used to be, back when your mom was able to bleach upper lip hairs with it.
Honest got out and buy some hair bleach- it runs about ten bucks.
