could oxygen peroxide help my belly button piercing infection?

I justified got my belly peirced bout a week and a half ago & i dont certain how to treat the infection. Its red and has dry blood crust around it. It hasnt had puss turn out yet but i dont want a scar.

Use betadine in place of, better antiseptic. If the site stays red or gets worse, then you must aim a doctor for treatment.
