are there any reactions to taking 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide?

I have tried winning hydrogen peroxide 35% food grade because I heard that it can be beneficial to your health, but I am having side effects of fragility, indigestion, and pains in the chest and jaw . is this common and what should I do?
