What store can I find 30% hydrogen peroxide at?

All I can find is 3%, and I dearth the 30% by Friday.
I'm making elephant's toothpaste for a prestige demonstration, which needs detergent , 30% hydrogen peroxide, and potassium iodide. I have everything but the H202.

30% hydrogen peroxide can only be purchased from a chemical plc, and then only with a permit. It is quite hazardous.
