Can i use Hydrogen peroxide as a antiseptic?

I have a restrain of hydrogen peroxide which my mum uses to bleach her hair. my friend good cut herself really bad and since we don't have any antiseptic would it be okay to use the bottle of hydrogen peroxide we have?
No its a fluid form.
