Can i bleach my hair peroxide blonde if i am allergic to hair dye?

Hello guys, i tolerant of to be fine dying my hair but after having several tattoos i am now hot-tempered to hair dye (in that my head swells up if i put it on). Is it possible to bleach hair without using dye, well-founded bleach/peroxide?? for that Lady gaga/sarah harding look?

I wouldn't propose doing that. I would go to a salon and see if they have any alternatives.
