What will the disagreement be between the first bottle and the last five bottles? I have a pretty good guess, and this is an research I have yet to do, so any input is appreciated.

The hose connecting the oxygen generator and the Dutch courage filled with water has air in it. So the 1st will not be as pure as the rest.

Now, to deepen the meaning of it, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and the yeast does not technically behave. So, yeast is very, very slowly decompose into O2 and not be sensitive. The enzymes of yeast benefit from the decomposition and to grow into it in five seconds. The enzyme is a catalyst and remains unchanged after the response.
