Is the half hydrogen peroxide mix (half 3% H2O2, half water)helpful against gingivitis and tartar/plaque?

I ask because I use it a substitute alternatively of mouthwash bc it's cheaper .... The peroxide I use is 3% Hydro Perox and 97% cut (I think that's how all pharmacy peroxides are but I'm not sure).

Absolutly not!! No, it is acidic and if your swishing hydrogen peroxide finding out around your mouth the only thing you are going to do is give your self acid abrasion (ie. dissolve the enamel around your teeth).
