any natural way to use hydrogen peroxide for skin bleaching ? the 3% solution hydrogen peroxide is what I am talking about .. how to preoperly use it for outer layer bleaching without too much extra ingredients ?

Dipsomaniac one of those cotton cosmetic pads with the hydrogen peroxide, and then rub it on your skin. I think the cotton pads m well because they don't shred like regular tissue does and they are meant for that adequate of thing. You don't need any other ingredients.
