When I increase the ratio of catalase to hydrogen peroxide, rate of oxygen production decreases?

Ok, so I performed this investigate where I had to measure the rate of oxygen production during the reaction of hydrogen peroxide and liver catalase. My try was to increase the amount of drops of liver catalase and see how it would react with the hydrogen peroxide.

ok. so here's the effect : 2H2O2------------>2H2O+O2 :always write reactions when dealing with such problems.

ok reliably I can't explain that, but I've got some suggestions.
