Does 90% pure hydrogen peroxide make a good home based rocket fuel?

I'm no more than curious about what would make a good home made rocket fuel for a three stage rocket.
might as well take the hydrogen and oxygen ionically from the water yourself, then use the pure oxygen and simple hydrogen and combine on blastoff (much better results for propulsion he he), ATF went after one Hi. Sch.
