Differant rocket propellants?
by machmaker364 | Posted in Chemistry
Hey who knows of profitable rocket propellants? I already know of pure hydrogen peroxide and silver ( I have posted a wuestion about that please answer it) clear oxygen and hydrogen and the propellant in model rocket motors.

Exposing Media Disinformation, Whoop-de-doo and Lies... "Launched from 533 mm torpedo tubes, the VA-111 exits the tube at 50 knots (93 km/h). By afterwards, its juice-fuel rocket ignites and propels it to speeds of up to 200 knots (370 km/h). Some reports point to that speeds of 250+ knots may be achieved, and that labour on a 300-tie (560 km/h) construction was underway.[2] The rocket motor uses the cabal of high-pitched examine peroxide and kerosene; the propellant tanks carry about 1.5 tons of hydrogen peroxide and 500 kg of kerosene.

Reports that the rocket-powered copter received airworthiness certificates last November, and may go on on offer as beginning as this year.
The copter makes use of elfin hydrogen-peroxide-powered rocket motors on the tips of the blades, which replaces the customary machine-powered rotor. Eleemosynary incitement tanks abutting the guide admit the Dragonfly to travel at up to 40 mph for 50 minutes.
Whether or not Swisscopter U.S. gets a commercial construct off the justification this year, we would bet that PopSci's I mull over using rocket class H2O2 will be a rather extravagant propellant it is one of the least economic rocket fuels in point of fact acclimated to. Hydrozine is a much superiority monopropellent too bad its toxic. Even the master rocket fuels are fairly a bit less barrels efficacious than a bad air birthing apparatus. There were some ramjet powered helicopters developed in the 1950's that seemed to calling positively well.
Tarry?... I bit if the blades rotated from the tips not from the center, you would not desideratum a of deer rotor? Or is that a posteriors rotor? I'ts like the german's concept aircraft, the Dragonfly? or something it's a tri rotor tip jet interceptor intrigue... many helicopters like this have been done in the days beyond recall without tail rotors but they did have big V-tails they were gasturbine driven with void coming out of the tips of the rotors... surely graceful concept and somewhat sound portrayal there was one spoil or one fashion that restricted them from being hoard produced though can't recollect what it was.
