I was told before that hydrogen peroxide whitens skin, how should I acclimated to it? Just scrub it out the body?

Don't do that.

Hydrogen peroxide is acrimonious (it will burn).

You should only use it for minor cuts and scrapes as a disinfectant, and as a way to polish your teeth--mix it with water, though.
