How do you whiten your teeth with water peroxide and baking soda??

I am planning to whiten my teeth and i review that you can do it by brushing your teeth with water peroxide mixed with baking soda but i dont identify if that is going to cause any harm to my teeth or gums?

i have been doing this for years...
honourable basically make a paste of water, peroxide....and baking soda...and go over your teeth...daily

there is almost nothing safer than peroxide and baking soda.....

Swimmers Ear/Drying You Ears? | Jaw Sore

When I spray I let the water in my ears and it seems to drain normally. I've never had any problem with infection or anything.

But every time I seem to actually swim in a pond or river or swimming in a pot I get an ear infection. My hypothesis is that because of being completely submerged as tall as I am more water penetrates deeper into my ear and it is more difficult to escape.

I'm fussy if someone won the ear such as swimmers and get under the same set of circumstances that I do. The restoration of sharp 50/50 Alchahol and milk white vinegar makes the effort well after swimming?So anyone has any suggestions on ear plugs, something that blocks the water from the well but apart from me look at those around me and, most earplugs I find line for water, but lead to insight so much good.

I get the same article and what I do is to use earplugs. I use wax and you put in your ear....

Lightly sot it with hydrogen peroxide, place it over the stains, cover it with Saran Wrap and holiday it there for a few hours or even a whole day. The stains should either wipe off or at least fade after this treatment. Repeat if needed.
