I cleaned my association lenses with a peroxide solution and then put one of the contacts straight into my eye. It began to swindle so I quickly took it out and washed my face and tried to depollute my eye. It does not sting anymore but it is still a bit red.

Be conducive to sure you have rinsed your eye thoroughly. If it is not stinging anymore then this is a tolerable sign and so means that you do not need to go to see your optician. Avoid wearing your lenses today.
